The hardest thing for a parent is to lose a child. But what if your child is suffering a long and torturous history of psychiatric illness and is just granted permission for his self long-desired euthanasia? We follow the journey of Aagje and Toon in the last six weeks leading up to the death of their 42-year old son Rick, in which they try to let him go as the most extreme expression of their love.
